Studio Supervisor
BODY20 is currently seeking a proactive and supportive individual for the role of Assistant Manager at our rapidly expanding studios. As a vital support member of the leadership team, the Studio Supervisor Assistant will assist the Studio Manager in daily operations, sales, staff development, and ensuring exceptional customer service, while upholding brand standards.

Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the Studio Manager in all aspects of studio operations and profitability
- Assist in the training, development, and support of Sales Team and Coaches under the guidance of the Studio Manager
- Collaborate with the Studio Manager to achieve performance metrics including revenue targets, inventory management, payroll, cost controls, and facility upkeep
- Attend directed monthly meetings and corporate webinars as required
- Aid in maintaining optimal staffing levels within budget constraints to meet studio demand
- Assist in conducting staff meetings and 1-on-1 sessions with Sales Associates and Coaches as directed by the Studio Manager
- Ensure adherence to front desk procedures such as Member Check-In, handling Telephone Inquiries, managing Past Due Accounts, and conducting Customer Care calls, under the supervision of the Studio Manager
- Support the planning and promotion of monthly special events for the studio
- Contribute to the cleanliness, maintenance, and operational functionality of the facility under the guidance of the Studio Manager
- Attend and run promotional events both during the week and weekend
- Additional tasks and responsibilities as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service demonstrating strong interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with sales operations in boutique fitness or related industry is a plus
- Pursuing or possess an Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or related field is advantageous
- Previous experience in a supportive role in a managerial setting is desirable
